Protecting Life, Practicing Sustainability | Carbon Cycle Applied Materials Emergency Responder Training and Implementation of SDGs Sustainable Development Goals

From July 12 to 13, 2025, five colleagues from Carbon Cycle Materials completed theChina Labor Safety and Health Management Societyheld first aid training(Safety and health training for first responders), a 16-hour course covering CPR certification(Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED operation, wound dressing, burn and fracture treatment, and emergency care(Emergency Treatment) and Patient Carrying Techniques.

After passing the final exam, we will receiveCertificate of Completion of Occupational Safety and Health Education and TrainingThis is not only about acquiring skills, but also about sustainability(Sustainability) and the practice of social responsibility.

This training also implemented ESG reporting "Social Responsibility (S)" and "Governance (G)" in the SDGs Sustainable Development Goals:

  • SDG 3 Health and Well-being(3.9, 3.d): Target 3.9, "Reducing Deaths and Illnesses from Hazardous Chemicals": Training in poisoning, asphyxiation, and burns will reduce the severity of injuries caused by occupational exposure and enhance workplace health resilience. Target 3.d, "Strengthening Disaster and Health Risk Management Capabilities": First aid and AED capabilities can reduce the risk of death and serious injury in emergencies.
  • SDG 4 Quality education(4.3, 4.4, 4.7): Provide all employees with equal opportunities for professional skills training, cultivate professional capabilities to respond to emergencies, and incorporate safety and health education into corporate culture.
